Shipping

After an order is verified, the goods will be shipped within 10 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekend and public holidays), varies depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer. Do take note that the date provided is only an estimate date, the exact delivery date is subject to different areas from the courier service.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Shipping Address 

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address. Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconveniences.

Tracking

Once your order is packed, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service. If the status of the tracking number shows “tracking number invalid” or “tracking number not found”, most likely the status is not updated by the courier service yet. You can check it again the next day as the status will be updated to its latest.

If you did not receive the notification email of your tracking number, you can either refer back to the order confirmation email or contact us through email (lulymintproduction@gmail.com) for the tracking number.

International Shipping

Taxes or Duties

All international deliveries may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country of destination and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Lulymint cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You should contact your local customs office for the fee calculations.
