Exchange & Refund Policy
Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or major defective.
Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. If you received major defect or wrong item(s), kindly drop us an email at lulymintproduction@gmail.com to confirm your return request before sending back the item(s). In the email, kindly include your order number and photo(s) of the defective/incorrect item(s). We will be in touch with you to process your return/exchange request.
Product Visual Disclaimer:
Color of products might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio/outdoor lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specification.
There might be ± 1 inch/3cm differences in the measurements subject to different material quality and measurement method.
Embroidered Fabric Disclaimer:
The embroidery process is a complex sequence which may sometimes give birth to unique irregularities and little differences, making your purchase exclusively unique and one of a kind.
The impact of the threads being embroidered onto various fabrics may result in stray thread/s, as well as cause certain materials to slightly wrinkle, pucker and/or bow. Rest assured that these common conditions are not considered as defect/s, but mere standard embroidery imperfections.

All embroidered products are primarily handcrafted or handmade, so no single piece will be perfectly identical with another despite being the same model, making your purchase exclusively unique and one of a kind.
These subtle variations between our items are celebrated for their unique imperfections and little handcrafted or handmade differences, but rest assured that our team tries out utmost best to ensure the quality of every product we sell.
Damaged in Transit / Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, you have the right to enter a claim.
How to Enter a Claim
Please contact us within 3 days from the day of receiving goods. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand and a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability. Otherwise, the faulty product will be refunded in full when we have received the defective product.
You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item, and we are not responsible for payment gateway’s processing fee.
Damaged or defective products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and / or packaging.
*We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet all mentioned conditions.
*You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
*Parcel need to be sent via a traceable mode of third party delivery company. Please provide us your tracking number once you have mailed out the parcel.
*No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged item(s).
*All refunds will only be done as gift card.
